The Utah Foster Care Foundation is offering a wonderful, attachment-based training called the Circle of Security starting on the 12th of July, running every Tuesday evening for 8 weeks. It will be held in the Riverton, Utah area. There is only a small charge of $5 for the manual if you are not a currently licensed foster family.
